Fresh Corn and Chicken Chowder

thick-cut bacon (about 3 strips of thick-cut bacon)

finely diced yellow onion

finely diced red bell pepper

finely diced potatoes (I used 4 Yukon Gold potatoes)

shredded carrot

fresh thyme leaves

cayenne pepper

diced rotisserie chicken

salt and fresh black pepper
