packed spinach leaves (or baby spinach/kale mix)

cold water or skim milk*

1/2 cup

nonfat plain Greek yogurt

frozen banana**

scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder

Small scoop of ice (optional, good if your banana isn't frozen)
