Caprese is one of our favorites! It's especially good with garden fresh heirloom tomatoes, but really any ripe tomato will work well. Simple and absolutely delicious is a great combo. 🙂
I could eat this everyday (and just about do) when the heirloom tomatoes from our garden are ripe. 😋 Freshly cracked pepper is a must, and I like to use habañero infused olive oil.
