Cornstarch (divided)

Vegetable Oil (divided)

large Onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)

medium Green Bell Pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)

medium Red Bell Pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)

4 cloves

Garlic (finely chopped)

inch piece Ginger (finely chopped)


NOTES

  • Added broccoli and carrots. Did not include oyster sauce or ginger. Subbed garlic powder for minced garlic. Delicious!
