Zest from ¼ lemon

cayenne pepper (more or less depending on your spice tolerance)

veggie oil for cooking
Topping:
Burger buns

Avocado From Mexico per 1 burger
Mix in a little lemon juice (pinch of chili powder and dash of cumin with ½ avocado meat.)
didn’t hold up. took forever to cook & still seemed raw in the middle. ended up tossing it all.
