Veggies such as peas, fresh or frozen

Feeling saucy? drizzle this dish with a little extra soy sauce

Quinoa, dry

Salt and pepper

Oil or butter

1 1/2 cups

Water

Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley, dried pepper flakes, or both!

2-4 tsp low sodium soy sauce [add a little to start and add more to taste!]
