Trim Healthy Mama Super Sweet or 1/3 cup Erythritol Blend of choice

lemon juice

For the Lemon Filling

1/3 cup

lemon juice

1/3 cup

THM Super Sweet or 1/2 cup Erythritol Blend of choice

4 tbsp

butter

large eggs, beaten

1 tsp

fresh lemon zest

1 tbsp

powered sweetener of choice for dusting (optional)

Note: If you do not have the THM Baking Blend you can use a combination of 3/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup oat fiber for the crust.
