Such a great way to include veggies in your sauce! Love that this sauce can be used over pasta and as the base sauce for lasagna. Make a double batch since it freezes well.
One of my favorite late summer dishes because of the zucchini and all the veggies! Don’t forget to add the Bechamel Sauce to it.
