Super Yummy!
Loved this! I served the meat in a burrito for my younger kids and the rest of us ate it in the peppers. It needed more salt but we loved the flavor of the meat. I made extras and am excited to have those for my lunches throughout the week.
These were tasty! I added a little salt and some additional spice to mine. The pepper flavor wasn't very strong, which surprised me.
Delicious and easy--we really enjoyed them!
