These are up there with the best ccc I have tried. They are crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle, delicious, and the whole process only took 25 min! I didn't soften the butter at all nor did I chill the dough, and they still turned out perfect.
From start to finish they take 25 min. And they are fluffy on the inside but just the slightest amount of crunchy on the outside. So good!
