For the Fried Fish

lbs. white flesh fish, such as cod

tapioca starch

avocado oil, more if needed, for frying

For Homemade Tartar Sauce

1/3 cup

avocado oil mayo

1 tbsp

relish or chopped dill pickle

1 tbsp

fresh herbs (we like dill and chives)
