mayo (you can use light)

Dijon mustard

lemon juice

fresh parsley, chopped finely

fresh dill, chopped finely
1 tbsp
fresh chives, chopped finely
Salt and pepper,

large tomato, thinly sliced
Sliced Havarti cheese (or other sliced mild white cheese)
Thick, crusty bread (I used a sourdough loaf)
