INGREDIENTS

6 cups

whole wheat flour (white whole wheat, spelt, or einkorn flour)

1/2 cup

sucanat

TB baking powder

3/4 tsp

salt

TB ground cinnamon (optional)

2 cups

mix (recipe above)

TB butter (melted)

1 1/4 cups

whole milk (add a tablespoon more at a time if the mix is too thick depending on flour used)

pure vanilla extract
