to 5 lbs chopped Bartlett pears, do not peel or core them (remove any bruised or damaged parts)

ground nutmeg
1 tsp
lemon zest
Loved it! Delicious! Takes several hours. Made 2 batches = 15 half pint jars Steamed in instant pot for 20 minutes to process.
