Wet: (blender)

vanilla extract

1 tbsp

ground flax seed

1/2 cup

vegan butter (1 stick Earth Balance), melted

2 tsp

blackstrap molasses

1/3 cup

warm water

1 tsp

fresh ginger, grated

satsuma/tangerine, peeled + 1/2 tsp zest

small bananas + 1 large banana OR 3 large bananas (ripe with black spots on peel)

Fold in:

1/2 cup

raw pecans, chopped

small banana, thinly sliced

For pan: virgin coconut oil (or vegan butter)
