cinnamon sticks or 1 Tablespoon of ground cinnamon
half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg

whole green cardamom seeds (shelled then measured after you remove the shell)

You will also need a pan, a mortar and pestle or coffee bean grinder or spice grinder.
