tahini (AIP sub: coconut butter)

2 tbsp

raw honey

1 tsp

cinnamon

1/2 tbsp

turmeric

1/2 tbsp

maca powder (I took mine from from pills - about 8-10 i think)

2 1/2 tbsp

cocoa powder (cacao or carob also work )

optional: 1 Tbsp Great Lakes gelatin

1 tsp

vanilla extract

1/4 tsp

fine sea salt

coarse/rock sea salt for topping
