sesame oil (I used toasted, but either oil will work)

balsamic vinegar

large clove garlic (minced)

grated fresh ginger (I grated mine straight from the freezer)

1/4 tsp

crushed red pepper flakes

kosher salt

green onions (about 3 tablespoons thinly sliced, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish)
