For the Kahlua buttercream:

1 stick

unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 tbsp

heavy cream

4 tbsp

Kahlua, or other coffee liqueur

1 tsp

instant espresso powder

3 cups

powdered sugar, sifted

Ground cinnamon, for dusting
