INGREDIENTS

old-fashioned oats
1 cup
fresh spinach
1 cup
frozen blueberries
1/3 cup
plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup
milk (whichever type you prefer)
1/8 tsp
cinnamon (optional)
Definitely not a super sweet smoothie but I kinda liked that! Didn’t make me feel like I was drinking a bunch of sugar (I also used unsweetened almond milk so maybe that’s why) I love that all of the ingredients are super healthy!
