⁄4 C honey start with 2-4 T. 1/4 is a little too sweet, (originally had 1/2 cup)

vanilla
1 cup
almond meal/flour
1 tsp
cinnamon

⁄4 t baking soda

⁄2 C walnuts or pecans, or whatever you'd like

⁄2 C dark chocolate chips or any dried fruit, optional
