* 2 TBLS honey or agave nectar
* 3 TBLS unsalted butter (softened) or olive oil
* ¼ cup cornmeal, optional (for flouring the baking sheet)
* 1 egg white, lightly beaten (optional)
* Poppy or sesame seeds (optional)
