Easy Garlic Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp

olive oil

1 tbsp

fresh lime or lemon juice

garlic cloves, grated or minced

1/4 tsp

ground cumin

1/4 tsp

red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

ground black pepper

1 lb

large shrimp, shelled (except for tails) and deveined


NOTES

  • 7.5/10- Doubled the shrimp, but it didn’t fit in one layer in our skillet, so it cooked a little uneven. If you double it, cook it in 2 batches. Would also prefer light tasting olive oil, and maybe sub some melted butter instead of all olive oil. Would be delicious grilled on skewers!!
