large shrimp, shelled (except for tails) and deveined
NOTES
7.5/10- Doubled the shrimp, but it didn’t fit in one layer in our skillet, so it cooked a little uneven. If you double it, cook it in 2 batches. Would also prefer light tasting olive oil, and maybe sub some melted butter instead of all olive oil. Would be delicious grilled on skewers!!
