whole wheat pastry flour (or substitute white whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour)

baking powder (I recommend aluminum free)

ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp

kosher salt

1/8 tsp

ground nutmeg

unsalted butter

pure vanilla extract

honey (or substitute pure maple syrup)
