for the peanut butter and honey granola:

coconut oil

1/3 cup

honey roasted peanut butter

2 tsp

pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup

honey

3/4 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

cinnamon

3 cups

old fashioned oats

2 tbsp

chia seeds

1/2 cup

almonds, roughly chopped

1/2 cup

whole wheat pastry flour (optional)

2 tbsp

almond milk (optional)

for the parfaits (makes 2):

2 cups

plain, non-fat greek yogurt

2 tbsp

peanut butter (my fave is the honey roasted from Whole Foods)

2 tbsp

jam

1 cup
