Chicken ground - 1 Lb, you can use ground breast meat, ground thigh meat or a combination of both.
Ginger - 1 tsp, minced.
Garlic - 1 tsp, minced.
Onion - 2 Tbsp, grated.
Cilantro - 1/4 cup, finely chopped.

Cayenne pepper -
1 tsp
Cumin powder -
2 tbsp
Lime juice -
Salt & Pepper as per taste.
Oil - 1 Tbsp + little more for frying the meatballs.
