coconut oil for frying (more as needed)

head broccoli cut into bite sized pieces

| 15 ml sesame oil (or coconut oil)

1 clove

| about 1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 tbsp

minced ginger about 1 inch knob

1 tsp

sea salt (or to taste)

3 tbsp

| 64 grams honey

1 tsp

| 5ml rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

3/4 cup

| 180 ml chicken stock

1 tsp

tapioca flour + 1 tablespoon water whisked together in a small bowl (( can sub cornstarch) this thickens your sauce)
