flank steak (mine was 1 1/2 lbs) 4 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3 cloves of garlic, minced Juice from 1/2 a lemon 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp dried thyme
