butter

1/4 cup

brown sugar

honey or agave nectar

1/4 tsp

vanilla extract

1/4 tsp

coconut extract

1/4 tsp

cinnamon

2 150 gram containers

of yogurt, lemon, coconut or your choice.

Cut up fruit such as Mango, kiwi, banana, pineapples or other desired fruit.
