brown sugar

soy sauce

light coconut milk

1/2 cup

finely chopped peanuts

of baby corn pieces (cut further into 1" pieces if necessary)

Juice from one lime

Salt and pepper

chopped chives

roughly chopped or ripped cilantro leaves
