FOR THE APPLE PIE FILLING
1 kg
cooking apples
2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
mixed spice or pumpkin pie spice mix
1 tbsp
corn starch
Salted Caramel Sauce
200 g
/ 1 cup brown sugar ( It didn't work out for me so I ended up having to use 1.5 cups of brown sugar)
4 tbsp
dairy-free milk soy milk or full-fat coconut milk works best
8 tbsp
dairy-free butter make sure it's a good-tasting one
1 tsp
vanilla extract
Optional A pinch of sea salt
