Easy and delicious. I make the roux in the microwave to make it even easier.
Very good. I would cook the red potatoes a minute or too more. Next time add a can of corn and clams for an awesome chowder!

Added Jalapeños and some corn and a little extra milk to make it a little less thick.
It was very good! I didn’t have enough potatoes and you could tell and I added extra cheese and bacon. I forgot French bread and Scott says that’s the only way it would have been better.
