small bag of organic frozen peas and carrots

chopped mushrooms of choice

medium onion, chopped into bite-sized pieces

oil (I use avocado oil)

1/2 cup

gluten free chicken broth

1/2 cup

tamari sauce

1 tsp

chili garlic sauce

1 tsp

rice wine vinegar

1/2 tsp

ground ginger

garlic cloves, minced

cornstarch + 2 Tablespoons water (for cornstarch slurry)
