For the Pie:

grated Key lime zest

1 14 ounce can

sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup

fresh Key lime juice

1/4 tsp

pure vanilla extract

whole graham crackers

1/4 cup

sweetened coconut flakes

2 tbsp

light brown sugar

6 tbsp

butter, melted

For the Coconut Whipped Cream:

1 1/2 cups

very cold whipping cream

1/4 cup

plus 1 tablespoon coconut cream (I used Coco Lopez)

heaping tablespoons confectioners' sugar

1 tsp

vanilla

1/2 cup

sweetened coconut, lightly toasted, for garnish
