3/4 cup

applesauce (depending on the sweetness of your applesauce, you may want to add a bit of your favorite sweetener. I used unsweetened applesauce and after adding a package of Splenda and it was just right...)

3/4 cup

milk of your choice

1/3 cup

ice cubes

1 tsp

natural vanilla extract

1/2 tsp

ground cinnamon

nutmeg

Optional: scoop of protein powder, 1 tbs flaxseed, chia seeds, whipped cream
