almond butter

1/2 cup

unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use Almond Breeze)

bananas (ripe, but not frozen)

unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup

frozen strawberries

1 cup

frozen pineapple

1 cup

baby spinach, baby kale or other greens (I buy a mixed bag at Costco, organic)
