1 pinch
salt and baking soda
1 cup
cooked quinoa (cooled (about ¼ cup dry quinoa))
1 cup
mashed banana (about 2 medium bananas)
1/2 cup
egg whites (or 2 eggs or ½ cup applesauce for a vegan version)
1/3 cup
milk of your choice
2 tsp
vanilla
Optional: added spices/mix ins (or 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup/sugar if you like things sweet.)
