sweet yellow onion (finely chopped)

ketchup or BBQ sauce

Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp

kosher salt

1/2 tsp

ground black pepper

1 tsp

red pepper flakes

2 tbsp

fresh parsley leaves (finely chopped)

large eggs (slightly beaten and at room temperature)

2/3 cup

bread-crumbs ((2 pieces fresh bread) or dry or 15 crushed saltines)

2 lb

ground chuck (or a meat blend of your choosing: ground chuck, ground turkey, sweet Italian sausage, ground pork, veal)

1 tbsp

Country Bob’s Steak Sauce (optional)

For the Cider Brown Sugar Glaze:

Heinz Ketchup

cider vinegar

dark brown sugar (packed)
