granulated sugar *depending on the sweetness of the berries (more sugar might be needed.)

powdered sugar

whipping cream or heavy cream

granulated sugar (if available, ultra fine sugar works best)
4 1/2 cups
water (divided)
1 1/4 cups
fresh squeezed lemon juice (seeds removed)
