cheddar cheese grated

flour tortillas

salt and pepper

toppings (you can really use whatever you want. I used spinach, bacon, ham, red peppers… but other ideas include: sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, onion, tomatoes, basil, zuchinni, squash, etc. You just have to make sure that the meat is precooked)
