medium portabella mushrooms cleaned and stems removed

block of cream cheese (I used 1/3 fat)

pieces of bacon

1/4 cup

onion

1 clove

garlic

small handful of chopped cilantro

sprinkle of salt and pepper

*optional 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Horseradish Ranch Dip

2 tbsp

good Ranch Dip

- tsp grated horseradish

green onion chopped thin

to 2 dashes of red pepper sauce

sprinkle of THM Sweet Blend or your favorite sweetener (less than 1/8 tsp)
