water (if you like a thicker sauce use 1/3 cup of water and add a tbsp. at a time to get the thickens that you want)

plus 1 tsp of THM Gentle Sweet (if using Truvia or Pyure use 1 tbsp. spoon, if using Swerve or Xylitol use 2 to 4 tbsp.)
1/2 tsp
Allspice ( you can add more if you like it more spicy)
1/4 tsp
Nutmeg
1/2 tsp
dry mustard

to 3 dashes of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Liquid Smoke (I find this at my local grocery store in the BBQ Sauce aisle)
