Berry Cherry Shake (E)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup

unsweetened cashew or almond milk

1/2 cup

water (or more on plan milk)

scoop THM Pristine Protein Powder

1/4 cup

1 or 2% cottage cheese

1/2 tbsp

Super Sweet or 1 Tbs of Truvia, or 1-2 doonks of THM Stevia extract

1 tsp

vanilla

1/8 tsp

cherry extract (or less) *strong stuff so please measure.

1 tsp

coconut oil or MCT oil

cherries, pitted or frozen would work fine.

salt

cubes of ice

Optional: ½ tsp of THM Gluccomanan or Xanthan Gum if you want a thicker shake.

Optional add: 1 tsp or so of THM Collagen, extra tsp of MCT oil. With MCT you can have up to 2 tsp of added fat. It's super special.
