Pumpkin Puree (Not Pumpkin Pie)

Maple Syrup (to taste)

1/2 tsp

Cinnamon (ground)

1/4 tsp

Nutmeg (ground)

1/4 tsp

Ginger** (ground)

1/4 tsp

Cloves** (ground)

1/4 tsp

Splash of Vanilla Extract (optional)

1/4 cup

+ 1 Tbs (60g) Chia Seeds*** (adjustable depending on your preference for thickness (see note))
