low-sodium soy sauce ( gluten free tamari or coconut aminos for a paleo version)

oyster sauce (use gluten free or vegan if necessary)

1 tsp

honey, coconut sugar or low calorie sweetener of your choice

1 tsp

sesame oil

2 cloves

garlic, minced

1/2 tsp

freshly grated or minced giner

1 tbsp

water, plus more ONLY as needed to thin out sauce

For the Chow Mein Zoodles

medium chicken breast, cut into 1" inch chunks

large bell pepper, thinly sliced (yellow, red or a mix of both) thinly sliced
