Meatless BBQ Loaf

red lentils (uncooked, rinsed and drained)

2 1/2 cups

water (used to cook lentils)

large onion (chopped, or use 1 bag of frozen)

sliced mushrooms (washed and chopped)

2 cloves

garlic (chopped)

4 cups

fresh spinach (washed and chopped)

1 15 ounce can

diced tomatoes (with juices)

1 tsp

dried sage

1 tsp

garlic powder

1 tsp

Mrs. Dash

1/4 tsp

dried marjoram

1/2 cup

fresh cilantro (washed and chopped)

2 1/4 cups

rolled oats (old fashioned - not quick cook oats)

1 1/2 cups

BBQ sauce (make sure there is no oil added to sauce)
