Braised Cauliflower with Pasta

water (to rinse out the Pomi Strained Tomatoes container)

capers, finely chopped (optional)

freshly cracked pepper (+/- to taste)

sea salt (+/- to taste)

cauliflower head, cored and remove all outer leaves (see recipe notes)

raw cashews

1/4 cup

blanched slivered almonds

nutritional yeast
