| 120 grams nuts (chopped (pecans, walnuts, almonds etc))

1/4 cup

| 35 grams sunflower seeds

1 tbsp

| 15 ml coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp

cinnamon

1 tsp

| 5 ml vanilla extract

1 can

full fat coconut milk or coconut cream (refrigerated overnight)

1 tbsp

| 15 ml maple syrup (optional)
