Double-acting baking powder

Semi-sweet chocolate morsels

1/2 cup

Sugar

1/3 cup

Canola oil

1/2 cup

Buttermilk skim milk


NOTES

  • These are good, even the kids liked them. Be sure to use very ripe bananas if you want a strong banana flavor.
