Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

Green beans

Basil pesto

Olive oil
NOTES
Use 2 large chicken breasts, place in ziploc bag and flatten. Cut into 4-5 pieces. Reduce to 1/4 cup pesto and add more salt to taste. Top with cheese
