Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

Cherry tomatoes

1 lb

Green beans

1/2 cup

Basil pesto

Pepper

Salt

2 tbsp

Olive oil


NOTES

  • Use 2 large chicken breasts, place in ziploc bag and flatten. Cut into 4-5 pieces. Reduce to 1/4 cup pesto and add more salt to taste. Top with cheese
